Chicken Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

1 large onion

3 bell peppers (green, red, and yellow preferably)

2 chicken breasts (350 g)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

4 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

Chili flakes and cayenne powder (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper (adjust to taste)

1 lime

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Slice your chicken breasts, bell peppers, and onion into thin strips.

2. In a large bowl, add your chicken along with all the seasonings (paprika, chili flakes, cayenne powder, cumin, salt and pepper) + half of your olive oil and garlic. Mix and leave it to marinade for 15-30 minutes.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet, then add your sliced onion and add bell peppers, 1 clove of garlic, salt and chili flakes

4. Cook until they soften slightly and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, over medium heat, cook your chicken until it is cooked well (5-7 minutes).

6. Add the peppers and onions back into the skillet along with the juice of a lime.

7. Cook everything for another minute then serve immediately.
